The Body Shop has a range consisting of 1,200 products, including cosmetics and make-up in its 2,500 franchised stores in 61 countries. The company was founded in 1976 by Anita Roddick and is now part owned by L'Oréal.

Actions
The campaign was created to promote various exclusive discount offers for use online and in-store. A series of messages were published weekly to the users, promoting various exclusive Qustodian discount offers, included in the communications. This code could be used for online purchases or users were encouraged to show the message, displaying the exclusive code, in-store to earn the discount when making a physical purchase.
