We are thrilled to announce that the iadbox new inbox user interface is now live! We’ve worked very hard in the past few months to deliver a major customer milestone: a new look and feel of the iadbox inbox and messages, for an even better user experience.
Why should you care about it? Let’s just step back a bit. iadbox is about mobile engagement. The world is mobile, baby. According to the Ericsson Mobility Report, there are more that 2 billion smartphone users in the world today. And soon it will increase to 3, then 4, then 6 billion. We each look at our mobile more than 200 times a day, the most active people 900 times a day, which is 50 times an hour! At the first level it provides a visual inbox with 3 message display formats that publishers can choose from, all including the “Like/Dislike” and “Share” feature buttons for enhanced user control of content. The 3 formats include: a horizontal carousel with and without logos, and a vertical scroll format.

A clean and simple “look and feel” for the one-thumb navigation between messages, developed to offer a better experience for your users. It includes a new, stylish circular menu in the top corner.
The new menu includes the following: a “Share” button that will encourage your users to share your personalised content across all social media, a “Like/Dislike” feature to help you profile your audience for more accurate segmentation, and a “Rewards” feature, proven to significantly increase engagement rates.
The new design provides seamless interaction for your users with single choice, multiple choice and open answer questions, particularly useful for profiling, surveys and competitions. Mobile engagement is about communication between you and your audience through different channels and approaches, and with iadbox, we simplify the interaction process in an intuitive way to help you get to know your users better.
