Radio Marca launches its sponsor fan engagement channel with iadbox!

Radio Marca is a Spanish radio station that broadcasts sports information 24 hours a day, and it’s associated to Marca, the national daily sport newspaper owned by Unidad Editorial. According to Comscore November report, Marca has nearly 12M unique users per month.

Innovative digital leader in Spain, Radio Marca has chosen iadbox to launch its sponsor fan engagement channel. iadbox is embedded into their app to increase revenue, and to get to know better their users. Radio Marca was looking to do so in a non intrusive way, by offering their users a personalised, intelligent commercial inbox where they could engage them with commercial and non-commercial content. And where the user is always in control.

The company is using iadbox’s mobile marketing platform to inject different types of content:

  • Personalised engaging content to boost app usage, including profiling messages, agenda, contests, etc.;
  • Sponsored (or commercial) highly personalised content;
  • Discovery personalised content, like mobile apps and games, based on preferences.

After only 4 days, iadbox was showing on Radio Marca a 15% engagement rate (open rate).
